i hope this postcard finds you well :)
i’ve recently found myself thinking about how much things can change in a year, and i’ve also had to remind myself that things can change in the blink of an eye, too. time is a funny concept; you could say it all comes down to perspective, but i think sometimes you just have to do something - make the decisions that scare you and exhilarate you at the same time - in the hopes they’ll add up to something.
and when you do stop to look back a year later, you might find that it’s not necessarily about what you’ve accomplished or what you did, but the people who inspired you, cared about you, took a risk on you, and were there for you for all the moments in between.
i will never stop being grateful for you.. for all you’ve done for me and for all that you are.
