Best Home Organization Products from Amazon

Organization is my love language – there’s nothing better than when everything has its own place, and outer order really allows for a calming, peaceful environment. Staying organized throughout busy seasons of life is easier when you have the framework and systems in place to maintain order, and these are the essentials I use throughout my house – all from Amazon.

Plastic pantry containers – A necessity, especially if you have a lot of snacks. I use these to organize bags of chips, granola bars, canned foods, broths, and other pantry staples. Rather than lay things out on a row, labeled containers make it easier to grab exactly what I need, which is not always easy in a deeper pantry. In the past, I’ve used wicker baskets, which look pretty, but take up too much space and it’s harder to know what’s in each bin.

Spice labels and jars – The easier it is to see all of your spices, the more likely you are to use them. While I love purchasing spices from local shops, having everything in the same jars with minimalistic labels makes it easier to see exactly what I have. I also have larger versions for pantry staples like pastas and rice.

Produce bags – These make your produce last way longer, which saves money and time.

BPA-free plastic egg containers – I initially thought they were kind of pointless and a pain to refill, but they really are worth it, especially since the cardboard containers eggs come in can get soggy. Hardboiled eggs are also a staple in our house, and these acrylic containers help us distinguish which is which.

Fridge storage bins – Another item I didn’t realize was so helpful until I started using it, these are great for keeping yogurt, juice pouches, and refrigerated snacks organized and grouped together.

Lazy Susan turntable – A staple in our pantry, we use these for spices, seasonings, and larger bulk items (like olive oils and vinegars). They’re also the best for organizing sauces inside the fridge, too, saving a lot more space than you’d think.

Matching cups with lids During the last prime day sale, I stocked up on a bunch of new, matching reusable cups that all had proper lids (and looked cute). Wanting to cut excessive plastic use out of my life, these glass cups come with leak-proof bamboo lids and reusable straws and are perfect for bringing your iced coffee on the go. I also bought a set of drink tumblers with straws, since I usually switch between a few different drinks at once. These double-walled mugs not only keep your teas and coffees hot, they look nice and fit the minimal, clean vibe I’m going for.

amazon organization products for the bathroom

Stackable clear bathroom organizers – These bins are a life-saver, especially since I have limited drawer storage. I use these bins for extra soap, storing hot tools and hair accessories, and keep one filled with all of my travel-sized products.

Marble trays – I am not the best at putting things away as or after I get ready in the mornings, but these marble trays help me keep things contained. I use one for perfume, another for makeup, and one holds all of our apothecary items, like q-tips and cotton rounds.

Apothecary jars – I’ve switched out our apothecary jars a few times over the years, and these are the sleekest and most functional without being an eyesore. They’re plastic, so they make less noise than glass (a big deal in the morning haha), and hold the perfect amount of product. We use them to store cotton rounds, q-tips, and flossers.

Acrylic drawer organizers – I prefer these acrylic drawer organizers to ‘prettier’ wood organizers because they’re sleeker and easier to clean should anything spill. I use these to store medicine, makeup, roller perfumes, hair ties, bobby pins...  pretty much every beauty product I own. They work well for organizing the kitchen or your desk drawers, too.

Razor holder – One of those things you don’t really think about but don’t know how you lived without it once you buy it, this razor holder prevents your razor from rusting (or accidentally cutting anyone). It sticks to the shower wall but won’t cause damage if you need to move or remove it.

amazon organization products for the closet

Velvet hangers – These are no-slip and very thin, which helps you optimize your closet space. Clothes don’t stay as well on plastic hangers, and while wood hangers look luxe, they take up too much space, so velvet hangers are definitely the way to go. Amazon has the best price on the market; you can get 100 for less than $45. And if you like to hang up your jeans, buy children-sized hangers - it makes organizing pants and jeans so much easier.

Sunglass organizer – I’ve bought a few different sunglass storage containers over the years, but it wasn’t until I found this case that I felt like I found the best option. Previous cases were either too fragile and damaged quite a few pairs when I stacked the cases on top of each other, or they were just impractical for storing a larger collection. This case is sturdy yet more compact, so your sunglasses won’t break. It fits all of my oversized sunglasses, the clear top doesn’t look cheap, and it’s super compact, which is ideal for limited sunglass space. This case comes in multiple colors and will hold 18 pairs; I have two of them, and also use them to store my eyeglasses and readers.

Stackable plastic shoe boxes – A shoe wall isn’t in the cards for everyone, but these boxes help make your entire shoe collection more accessible. I like to add a polaroid photo of the shoes on the outside, so I can still know exactly what’s in each container since they’re stackable.

Purse dividers – These dividers are a lifesaver for organizing purses and bags, which can be tricky to keep organized. I like clear dividers because they don’t distract from what you have in your closet, but they also come in white or black.

amazon organization products for the desk + office

Desk pen holder with 360° spin – You all know I love good pens, highlighters, and markers (view a full rundown on my favorites here), and what keeps them all organized is this pen cup. There are three sections and you can spin it to easily reach everything, and I like that it’s neutral and clean in design.

Leather desk pad – I love my desk, but having a desk pad keeps everything visually contained. I use a lot of sticky notes, and typically try to contain them to my desk pad, which comes in handy if I’m brainstorming a project as I can just move the desk pad to save it for another day if I hit a stopping point without having to disassemble all of my notes.

Monthly desk calendar – Coordinating different projects or schedules can be tricky, and I prefer pen and paper over something like Google Calendar. This one is less than $5, minimal in design so it looks nice on display, and runs through July 2025.

Round travertine tray – Some of my desk essentials include lip balm, hand lotion, and a candle, and I like to keep all of these little things inside this travertine tray. It looks luxe, doesn’t take up too much space, and I know I’m able to repurpose it in a different space if I ever want to, so it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made.
